Customer
Care Book
N&P
Cleaning issue every client with a Customer Care Book – our clients can use this to communicate areas to
which they require us to give special attention and
also to make us aware of any problems that have arisen.
Monthly
Cleaning Survey
As
well as the Customer Care Book, our office also sends
all our customers a monthly survey to fill in and
return, this ensures that our customers can communicate
directly to our management team to ensure that the
highest standards are maintained.
Contact
with Customers
When
we start a new contract a member of our management
team will call the customer once a week for the first
month to make sure that the customer is totally satisfied
with our work. Subsequently customers will be contacted
every other month or at any other times as indicated
in the Monthly Cleaning Survey or Customer Care Book.
Security
of Premises
If
a key or alarm code is given to N&P to allow us
access to clean while the customer is not on the premises,
we make every possible effort to ensure that we do
not pose a security risk to our customers.

We keep all keys in a safe box
- We keep all doors locked while we are on the premises
- We lock up and set all alarms.
We
have never to our knowledge left a customer's premises
unlocked or caused any kind of security risk since
our business was founded in 1998.
